CC-301, CCR-501, DD-401 are ultra fine colloidal calcium carbonate treated with surface active agents. Their average particle size are 30~100nm, is called "nanometer" calcium carbonate. They are widely used as reinforcing agent and filler in anti-vibration rubber, rubber belt & hose, plastic, plastisol, electric cable & wire, tire, inner tube, ink, paint, sealant, shoe, PU waterproof material and general industry. |

Used as a white reinforcing agent and filler for rubber & plastic industry. Owing to its ultra-fine particle size, it has good rubber reinforcing properties.
Pai Ian Hua will meet the requirements when rubber compounds demand high values for tear strength, tensile strength and elongation at break, and good flex-cracking resistance and abrasion resistance.
In PVC products, its heat stability and dispersability are excellent. It also improves scratch resistance, brightness, gloss, cold resistance and reduces the whitening on flexure. CCR is a better choice than CC when used in plasticized PVC products especially in electric wire and cable. |
DD |
It increases the adhesiveness between rubber and reinforcing fiber, generally used for reinforced rubber belt & hose and rubber paste.
For synthetic rubber, it gets better reinforcing strength than CC. |
