PAI IAN HUA
(NANO COLLOIDAL CALCIUM CARBONATE)
Pai Ian Hua CC, CCR and DD are ultra-fine colloidal calcium carbonate treated with surface-active agents and their average particle sizes are 30-100 nm, called “nanometer -grade” calcium carbonate. They are widely used as reinforcing agent and filler in rubber, plastic, rubber/plastic foam products, electric cable & wire, tire, paint, ink, sealant, shoe, PU waterproof materials and general industries.
PRODUCT USAGE
Pai Ian Hua CC
Used as reinforcing agent and filler of rubber and plastic products, PVC/PP compounds, rubber threads, electric cable & wire, sponge, sealant, automotive paint & coating, automobile components, inner tube, shoe, ink and PU sealant. Owing to its ultra-fine particle size, it has good rubber reinforcing properties. Pai Ian Hua CC will meet the requirements when rubber compounds demand high values for tear strength, tensile strength and elongation at break, and good flex-cracking resistance and abrasion resistance. In PVC products, its heat stability and dispersibility are excellent. It also improves scratch resistance, brightness, gloss, cold resistance and reduces the whitening on flexure.

Pai Ian Hua CCR
Used as reinforcing agent and filler of plastic products, PVC/PP compounds, sophisticated electric wire, automotive adhesive & coating, and inks. Pai Ian Hua CCR has the same properties as Pai Ian Hua CC. It is a better choice than CC when used in plasticized PVC products, especially in electric wire & cable which requires a smoother and finer surface.

Pai Ian Hua DD
Used as reinforcing agent and filler of rubber products, and for transmission belt & hose, adhesive products, water-based PU waterproof materials and ink. It increases the adhesiveness between rubber and reinforcing fiber. For water-based PU waterproof materials and ink, it helps to better adhesiveness.
